What are your most popular flavors?
Our most popular flavors are vanilla velvet, chocolate, and honey chai, but our kitchen favorite is the rum pineapple!
Does Baby Jane's cater to dietary restrictions?
Of course! We offer every cake flavor in a gluten free version as well as an eggless chocolate and vegan chocolate cake. Many of our menu items can be easily altered to fit your needs as well!
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
We like to have most cake orders at least 1 week advance and ask for at least 2 weeks at the bare minimum for extreme specialty and wedding cakes.
Cake tastings must be scheduled at least 1 week in advance and must be held with a $40 deposit that goes toward the final cost of the cake. An additional $10 will be added for custom created flavors.
Does Baby Jane's take care of delivery and set up?
Yes! We deliver locally and pricing is dependent on distance as well as how much there is to set up. Set up includes placing your cake safely on the provided table atop your cake stand, arranging flowers on the cake and securing your cake topper.
What is the best way to travel with my cake?
The safest place to put your cake in the car is flat on the floor with nothing around that could fall on it. Always drive with air conditioning on, keep the cake out of the sunlight, and drive with caution- no sharp turns or sudden stops!
How do I serve my cake?
Start from the top and work your way around and down. Each cake is on it's own board- once you've finished serving one tier, remove the board and start cutting into the next cake below it.
How should I store my cake?
It is recommended to refrigerate your cake but never freeze it if there is fondant on the cake. Cover leftover cake with plastic wrap for best results.
